confirmed. I watched the saves - imho your best game in this tournament. keep it up.
a brief account of the fate of the sky-high hero Solmyr and his companions. on Monday, scouts spotted some gold and the resources so necessary for nagas. the layout seemed normal. on Tuesday, I order the gremlin slaves to build a lookout. I see 3 Griffin Conservatories, Sphere of Air, and Basilisk's Cuirass +3. I firmly decide to keep playing, no matter what. on Wednesday, I take several chests from the nearly defenseless gnolls and skeletons with imps. I collected them successfully, as on Thursday the maximum allowed number of heroes was visible in the ranks of my army. everything is even better than good. there was just one thing... our underground secondary hero was guarded by magogs and blocked by evil eyes (100+). on Friday, Solmyr decided to return home, replenish magic energy, and also drop by the tavern. It was clear that Kyrre hadn't wasted time and already had a swamp secondary hero + Moner showed up from time to time. but that wasn't really important... by the end of the week, scouts led by Luna cleared the respawn and I managed to place nagas in the citadel. Solmyr level 2). over 3 days I level him a bit, and on Thursday of the second week I make a fatal mistake - I attack a tier-3 conservatory with Gremlins... 130 gremlins 5 nagas 7 mages 13 stone golems and gargoyles. lightning for 180, chain for 350. the griffins get three morale boosts. my entire army dies there, leaving about 20 griffins alive. since we're used to crawling out of such situations, I decide to continue without unnecessary emotion.
on the third week, I collect the conservatories and take the Sphere of Air. then a trip to the treasure... from the useful stuff: 16, Titan's cuirass, and cloak +2 to speed. the chain was good) first strike under 2k. but I decided on the lightning neutralization pendant, found by the opponent on 137.
on 223, Moner catches up to me and gives my main hero a concentrated killing stare. Solmyr, realizing this is the end, and to avoid senseless bloodshed, casts a veil of a thousand lightning bolts with his last breath, after which he dissolves into the air along with the power... Moner, not understanding what happened, dismounts from his horse, carefully approaches, and notices faint lightning symbols in the distance, hanging in the air... coming a bit closer, he saw a blurry text:
*alas, I couldn't win this tournament, but I'm infinitely glad to have participated. by the power of divine random I almost reached the final, but I was just a little short. maybe I rushed somewhere, maybe I just lacked experience somewhere, but the support of the spectators helped a lot. Artyom believed in me until the very last moment and never let me relax for a second) and RomarioGrom is such a positive guy (couldn't help but remember you)))) Kash, Gomunguls, L1DER - thanks to playing with you, I reached a higher level of play overall, for which my special thanks to you) Kash - Respect for the tournament. everything was cool) if anything, I'll gladly help with a report on the great final.
I wish luck to the finalists)*
after reading the last word, the text disappears... then after thinking a bit, Moner turned his army around and headed into fairy-tale places known only to him... after that, no one saw him again, just like Solmyr...
thanks for the game.
