There was that: about a hundred harpies from Pandora's Boxes on my opponent's side + a close path to me (Kyrre showed up completely unexpectedly and at the worst possible time) + my poor spawn (the lack of gold severely slowed me down and prevented me from buying all units on FB) + my opponent's tactics... Just not 126 but 125; after 124 there was nothing left to do but attack Kyrre, who had holed up in my secondary town with considerable power, otherwise it would have been even worse...
