[ANNOUNCEMENT] Heroes 3: World Tournament - an add-on for tournament games.

I don't mind, but today my opponent used Fireball twice, and I was forbidden from using Double Damage twice while gaining experience from water. ;) Something needs to be done about this, IMO.
