Don't place a wall of fire right next to your units; there should be at least one cell of space between them.
The most effective tactic is to drive two-hex units along the wall, maximizing the effect.
To do this, in the first round, you need to place bait (griffins) in the lower center of the field.
The situation was similar, but the fire was advanced. The first round passed without much trouble, and a couple of stacks were laid down, but they split into two fronts, and I decided to huddle in a corner, surrounding myself with a wall on all sides. That's when they figured out the trick or leveled up after the first round:D and started waiting:eek: The wall was right next to the griffins (maybe it really matters) with no gaps on the sides. Let's attribute this to the experienced basilisks:cool:
