That's how it was. I started playing when I wasn't feeling very well, and as a result, I made a lot of mistakes in the first week. I would say that I didn't realize about 50% of the potential, and the main character didn't do anything. It's surprising that the Fortress units managed to hold their ground. I continued to make mistakes. I didn't build a Castle at all during the game. I lost quite a few battles, had no reserves, and only managed to learn the basic terrain skills. By the time I encountered Kyrre, my army was a sorry sight... I was surprised that I managed to win, even if it was a tough fight. In general, if I had more mana and had realized that I should try to kill all of Kyrre's Pegasus units instead of Unicorns in the first or second battle, I might have been able to defeat her in her own capital, although that's unlikely.
