You organized the "Bay vs. the Russian internet" tournament a year ago and didn't manage to get it promoted. I don't know how it is on Bay, but when I needed to promote a topic on the portal, I contacted the moderators (Neo, Vitalik), and they would bring the topic up. I think you could have also asked Armageddon to promote the topic. When communicating with him, I got the impression that he would probably not refuse. In the end, the topic of the Heroes tournament was lower than "Poker Tips".
Overall, I enjoyed that tournament. I got to know TE-full according to the rules of Bay, and I played against Markon, a very strong player.
