How is Dark Messiah connected to Heroes of Might and Magic?

Nooo! I'm not *that* disappointed! I really liked the game! I'm just saying that it could have been so much better. I liked everything except the physics, but the textures, music, and story are amazing! It's a great strategy game, but those who are used to other genres might not like it... Although... I prefer action games, but Heroes has captivated me! I've already played through the entire trilogy four times, studied it, and extracted all the music. I even started making art, even though I can't draw. I'm just comparing it to the graphics of other games I've played... The graphics were much better there. And in Heroes, it's at a basic level... It's just a shame for such a great game... :(
