SOD vs TE

Example. The whole world plays basketball. And suddenly someone decided that it would be easier to play with a soccer ball and that the hoop should be twice as low... 10 people started playing like that. Who the hell needs such a sport? :D

The whole world played basketball with a rag ball and hoops of different diameters (SoD); but people perfected it, turned it into a sporting discipline—digital timer, parquet, hoops and balls are the same everywhere (TE, WT). Not everyone accepted it immediately. But more and more people, desiring fair sporting play rather than "cheating," prefer to compete in modern basketball.
