Confirmed.
I was afraid that Gosha would appear on turn 117 and I placed a 1-6 unit in the Fortress to meet him. But Gosha turned around, which means there was something else to do at home.
On turn 117, I took the elven secondary town with an elven garrison – of course, I needed to buy all 29 units, upgrade them... in general, I ran out of money. The player who was supposed to teach Shakti the bless spell went to collect the missing gold somewhere in the corner; the elves didn't have time to arrive, and Shakti just stood in front of the elevator to the surface. In the last seconds, I was thinking about what to do, and as a result, I miscalculated and lost.
