Just to reiterate for those who don't understand, does +3 leadership and +7 leadership have the same impact on morale...? Come on, experts?

Leadership cannot be more than +3. Even if you are a leadership expert and decked out with morale-boosting items, it will still be +3.

And leadership affects YOUR morale, not the opponent's or neutral creatures!
