It was tested on XL+U templates, and with random computers, so double-builds happened regularly.

However, even on templates without the possibility of a double-build, external dwellings can still provide a lot. And a couple or three good native external dwellings, with weak support from "canned" Hives, can give a very stable long-term advantage; this can only be compensated for by luck with Dragon Utopia.

So in the end, I had to abandon the original idea of completely random content.
