Help, the morale of neutral creatures is just awful, it's a complete disaster in the last 3-4 games, give me links to morale theory, as far as I understand, the initial value is 10%, but damn, it happens much more often - oh wise theorists, where is the truth?

Theoretically, it should be around 4.5% for +1 morale.

But in practice, it happens much more often, and sometimes in very sophisticated ways.

There is a suspicion that the AI knows when it will get morale and when it won't.
