Testing has shown that with a random layout of confluences and hives, the number of external dwellings on the native respawn + double builds starts to vary very heavily.

And how much more often are templates richer in external dwellings and double builds than in the presence of confluences/hives?
Only on Panic are confluences and hives very scarce — but there are almost no external dwellings there either, and I'm not even mentioning double build.
On Jebus Cross, double build can occur and there are plenty of external dwellings, but it also sometimes gives up to 8/4 confluences and hives respectively...
On SM... sometimes there are several external dwellings, sometimes none... sometimes there is a native secondary skill or a road to ГО... sometimes there are many/few hives... anything can happen on SM.
Mininostalgia — the same as SM, but with computers and is forcibly played without double build.
I can't say much about other templates... these are still more popular in SOD... probably testing was not done on these templates... 8mm6 perhaps?
