Selection for FB-3.

I don't like the Swiss system because you always have to wait for the results of the next draw.
We can't seem to coordinate with Hermit this weekend, and I can't next weekend either, and I don't know what will happen during the week...
In group stages, you could at least play with someone, but now...
This is probably my last tournament in the Swiss system :(

I think that the Swiss system, like the Olympic system, is not the best way to organize a tournament. If a player is away for two weeks or is unable to participate for some reason, they miss the tournament. In a group stage, you can play all the matches in a week and then go back to your own business.
But, "you can't argue with the referee" :). And in general, it's better to have tournaments using the Swiss system than to have no tournaments at all. Thank you to those who organize them.
