I didn't miss it – I deliberately ignored it. If you take that into account, then maybe someone who doesn't really have a chance will win the tournament again :) ...just by clinging to the rules.
So, if someone withdraws from the tournament, they simply drop out of the list.
And LeBron isn't the only one who can drop out.
