if a person entered the Treasury with 16 grand, and most importantly, FOUND targets there.

And FINDING targets means he ACTUALLY FOUND them! Not just saw them after they were revealed. Isn't that clear? If he found them, it means he entered the Treasury NOT KNOWING what was there, as I assumed, with 16 grand, although no one else does that. And where is Stinger mentioned here? I don't even remember who they were talking about when they told the story about the 16 elves, and I absolutely don't care if it was Stinger or a "Horse in a Coat." I considered an abstract case.
