Probably because you have ideas, and you need to do something with them. Don't you think that the developers of Heroes will see and read all this? (I'm not saying that your suggestions for improving Heroes are bad). If at least Russian developers were making Heroes, then it would be possible to write to them, but as it is... and they have plenty of ideas of their own, and everyone wants their idea to be implemented, so there is already enough competition within the company without enthusiasts.
