Selection for FB-3.

I've registered everyone. We're putting together a great lineup... just need to get a couple more top players on board, and it'll be perfect.)) I've made a few changes to the name, as requested by the judge. And to avoid any confusion, our tournament is a qualifier for FB-3 (FB-2 is currently underway). FB-3 is planned for the fall of 2010
