Sorry, but this is even worse than with Cash – it creates even more incentives to avoid playing unfavorable matches and just ignore them.

And here I'm addressing the respected organizers: if a player behaves inappropriately once in a tournament, don't include them in future ones (give them some kind of probationary period, for example).
