Initially, the "Novice" tournament was conceived precisely so that newcomers could familiarize themselves with the rules and learn how to write proper headers. The tournament itself is fine, with a medal and honor, as it should be. However, the rules haven't been canceled, and who would say that the rules aren't being read (remember the Best final...)?
Dirty Player -1 (for balance) :D. SpiritT - and in Best, I didn't read the rules for a long time. When I read them, I realized that they are adequate and fair. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the rules of the Novice tournament.
Всем удачи ! И Морали !
