Indeed, Cash, any decent player, if unable to play due to their own fault, should concede the victory to their opponent. Why force them to write false reports in such a case (and you leave no other alternative) – please explain. To clarify, I'm not talking about cases where both opponents can't coordinate their time; there's nothing wrong with giving both a zero score in that situation.
