Regarding the topic. The ban in the editor prohibits the spell in CASTLES, SANCTUARIES, and PYRAMIDS. In other locations, it depends on the author's decision, and if the spell is found elsewhere, it CAN be used! Spells obtained from the Grail CAN be used, provided that the corresponding WISDOM level is available! (The bug was fixed in 3.2, but the rule remains, just in case). Another question is that the Grail does not necessarily give all the spells. ;)
