An organizer doesn't owe anything to anyone.

He doesn't owe anything to anyone, but I think that if he takes on such a job, he shouldn't allow situations that simply lead to the greatest injustice. Many people who sign up for a tournament may not even know what awaits them there. And I would gladly be the organizer myself if I could. :)

Yes, I would raise the issue of the fairness of the approach, because if I couldn't play the game COMPLETELY due to MY OWN fault, meaning I decided to forfeit the match, then I would ask to award my opponent 1 point. Because I am honest.

You don't need to repeat that I should answer the question. When I was writing that message, I hadn't seen your question yet. I answered it later. Geez, it's so obvious here that it's amazing how some people don't understand it.

I really hope that Kash will explain to me how to handle the 6 cases that I wrote about above. I'm just interested in the technical details.
