In my opinion, the judging system is inadequate: I suggest voting.

It's perfect for a beginner tournament.

And, as I've said before, beginners shouldn't be put in the same group; they won't learn anything from each other.
We should organize tournaments with mixed teams: experienced players + beginners.
It will be easier to maintain discipline and teach them.
