Selection for FB-3.

- regulations (round-robin, Swiss system, Olympic system, group stage...)

I don't know why I didn't say this in the previous selection, but, honestly, the Swiss system is the only one that works here! If it's like last time, two deserving players will meet somewhere in the 1/8 finals, which isn't ideal. The Swiss system is the best way to identify a large number of top players.
