It's better to lead them into battle. They are more useful, and the money invested in them is not wasted. But, of course, it depends on the player. I'm talking about my tactics :) Who can be protected by a 4th-level unit? A 2nd-level unit, perhaps? :D No, the game isn't worth it :rolleyes:
