Why the double standards? An opponent clearly stated that they wouldn't be able to play against me, and both of us were given a loss.

During the group stage, I didn't assign any technical results to anyone; I've explained the reasons for this several times. If they couldn't play, both players received a zero score. Understand that I couldn't give you several wins in the last few days, even though you were ready to play, while your opponents weren't. For example, they were ready to play in the first weeks, when you weren't available yet. There's no one to blame for this, so the result is as it is.

The same thing happened with Tolikandro's opponents, even in the playoffs.

In the playoffs, the situation is different – a winner is needed to advance. HOWEVER: maxlewis and Kaliostr played for two weeks instead of one and still couldn't finish or agree on a result. I was never warned that the match was being postponed. When I contacted them and asked, they replied, "Next Wednesday. So what?" When I suggested to maxlewis that we determine the winner based on the save files, he refused outright, and we couldn't wait any longer. Therefore, I decided not to award the victory to anyone, as there were no real contenders.

KillerVampire decided to withdraw from the tournament due to a lack of time.
