Finally, a forum has appeared here too. I'll try to visit more often. Honestly, there are few decent players, no foul language, and no aggressive behavior. When will you understand that this isn't the main thing? Sometimes, swearing expresses positive feelings more clearly than polite language. If you don't create a topic where people can express their emotions, both positive and negative, then the negativity will spread across all topics. Also, I don't know of any apartment, cottage, or house where there isn't any trash. Even the most cultured people sometimes litter by nature. If they know a place where they can let off steam, that's normal. Regarding the "ban" – you're just jealous. We don't have a hierarchy. And even a moderator or admin, if they are wrong, can be told off. Whether this is a weakness or a strength, I don't know. If there's a creator on the forum, we have supporters of tradition. And your "ban" is just a ban. If you get banned once, it's for life.
