After all, the boots only give extra movement points on land, and even then, on the next day...
Again, from Physmig:
Equipped artifacts increase the base M value (for calculating the K coefficient, not in reality), not to be confused with the current M(text), which only changes if the hero has moved. That is, boots increase it by 600 mp, and gloves by 300 mp, thereby significantly reducing the K coefficient. Moreover, they start to affect this parameter immediately after being put on, i.e., without waiting for the turn to end! If the hero manages not to take them off when boarding a boat, the increase in the M value will ultimately lead to a loss of 31-38% of sea movement (depending on the initial M value). The opposite is also true: if you put them on before disembarking, this increase will give us 45-60% of free movement out of thin air! That's where the bug lies.
PS It would be simpler to just remove all these restrictions - you can somehow cheat with the movement and what's so bad about that?
EVERYONE IS STILL ON A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD! Cheat as much as you want...
