but I have a small idea on how to resolve such conflicts,
(I understand that they mainly occur with new players, but still)
so here's my idea (with pictures):
1. The player filing the complaint doesn't publish anything; instead, they immediately contact the judge via ICQ or wherever they're supposed to,
and only give them the logs, save files, and other evidence and claims.
2. The judge contacts the opponent via ICQ: "Hey, buddy, someone's complaining about you:smile30:
We'll punish the offender, but first, send us the ICQ logs and save files."
3. The opponent, happy to cooperate, sends everything:smile03:
4. The judge:smile10:
5. Justice prevails:smile44:
Because right now, one person publishes logs, the other reads them, edits them, and publishes their own.
If this is a worthwhile idea, please refine it and post it in the thread with reports,
or in the thread with the rules.
In the thread with the rules, just include a link to this inactive thread and the ICQ contact for general questions.
Post Kash's ICQ there, or whoever handles this,
