"Flight to Salvation" - "The Veil is Torn" [Campaign 4, Mission 2]

Please tell me how to perform the ritual. I found the tear, and all the priests are in place, but Zephyr won't take the 4th position. The message "Let's perform the ritual" keeps popping up. I click "OK," and nothing happens.
