I support the suggestion. Besides, several people wrote to me on ICQ saying they are ready to compete for the prize, but not to subsidize travel.

About Siberia:
Deep Mike from Siberia replied that he won't be able to come for several reasons, including financial ones. He also mentioned 4 other reasons why he can't come.
It turns out that the finalist isn't Logistic, but Valenok. He shared 3rd-4th place with Dust. And Valenok, if he can raise the funds, might be able to come. So, Van, Dust, and Valenok might be able to come from Siberia, but only if travel is subsidized.

A few more people have voted – I'll wait for the rest, including those I haven't heard from on ICQ. Vik promised to help, and I'll post the voting results for the different versions, rules, templates, and funding.

I read about the new Heroes version with anti-cheat... and thought that any program can be bypassed, but if there are two observers watching, then... ;)
