Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

What’s the point? In games, when a match is postponed for any reason (disconnection, real-life issues), is it really necessary to harass the player in the chat, write to the admins trying to prove that he lost, messed up, and didn’t build a Castle by turn 117...? Wouldn’t it be easier to just ignore that player and not play with him (without bothering the admins and others)? And in tournaments, there are organizers who will take appropriate measures!
