Regarding the version. I still think that TE-Lite as the default is the best option, with players agreeing on any other version. And we should hope that fate doesn't pit Van and Forrest against each other.

We agreed that TE-Lite should be the compromise between supporters of different versions. If two TE players or two Heroes of Might and Magic players meet, they can play however they want, but the basic version should be Lite.

It could work. If a person travels from far away, they probably took a vacation or part of a vacation. The Michurinsk semi-final would end earlier than the Kyiv one, it's just that everything is more organized, and no one denies that.
It would end one day earlier. The two winners would receive 10-15 thousand rubles each, and that would cover their travel expenses.
There are many trains to Ukraine, including to Kyiv. While the Kyiv semi-final was being played, the two finalists could arrive.

But these are just assumptions. Of course, it would be more logical to hold the final immediately and in one place. I think that Captain and Sam should talk to Yekaterinburg and the Siberians; perhaps it will be easier to reach an agreement there than through an online discussion.

This is in no way an alternative to the CIS club championship; we just play for fun, it's a fan tournament.
