Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I’ve been meaning to create rules about this for a while now. Similar situations happen very often with us, and it's unclear what to do.

The summary is as follows.
I. Regarding the match between OUTLAW vs temofey, AK will make the decision. We are ending the discussion on the forum. Everything is clear anyway. But AK needs a couple of days to have a quorum.
II. We discuss the rule regarding replaying matches.

Situation: A match was interrupted for some reason. There were no prior agreements on the timing of the replay. The continuation involves the opponent not responding in ICQ or responding that they don't have time to replay at the moment, etc....

Proposed algorithm of actions in Pavel's message /topic/at/336193/.

A. How long do we chase after him independently?
1-2-3 weeks?

Then we write in this topic - explaining the situation. We send the link to the opponent in ICQ and PM.

2. From the moment the Claimant describes the subject of the Dispute, the other Player (Respondent) has 30 (thirty) days to replay the Match.

B. How much time is needed to replay? 2-3-4 weeks?
They agree and replay – good. If they can’t agree, AK sets the time.

6. In the event that the Respondent does not respond regarding the time to replay the Match within 15 (fifteen) days after the Claimant makes a statement in the specified Topic on the subject of the dispute, AK awards Victory to the Claimant.

C. How much time do we give here – 1-2 weeks?
