As Lizard already noted, this is just a description. The clue is the glasses or the drawn Kremlin, and the clue for Taco's murder is a drawing of a green man and a man who was attacked by a snake. We need to look for the murderer based on these, and besides Nera's glasses, I haven't found anything... yet.
