BASIC RULES FOR HeroesWorld CLANS

1.“BASIC REGULATIONS FOR CLANS ON HeroesWorld:”

1. A Clan is a team of like-minded players (users).
2. The Clan must have a Clan Leader.
3. A user wishing to become the leader of a clan must have more than 49 posts on the HeroesWorld forum.
4. At least 2 months must pass from the time the user registers until they can become the leader of a clan.
5. Any registered user of HeroesWorld can create a Clan and becomes its initial leader.
6. To register a Clan, you need 4 or more members.
7. Each member of the Clan must be a registered user of HeroesWorld.
8. The Clan may choose one or more of the following directions for its gaming activities:
   Heroes 2 offline; Heroes 3 offline; Heroes 3 online; WoG offline; WoG online; TE offline; TE online; Heroes 4 offline; Heroes 4 online; Heroes 5 online; Heroes 5 offline.
9. A user cannot be in more than one Clan at a time.
10. The Clan must have a Representative Topic in the Inter-Clan Section.
11. The Representative Topic of the Clan must meet the requirements set forth for representative topics. [Go to the requirements]
12. The Clan Leader must constantly update the Representative Topic if any changes occur (After official registration on HeroesWorld, the Clan is given the necessary rights for this).
13. A registered Clan can be disbanded if less than 4 members of the Clan visit the HeroesWorld forum within 4 months or more.
14. A registered Clan can be disbanded if the leader and his deputy are absent from the HeroesWorld forum for 2 months or more.
15. A registered Clan can be disbanded if there are fewer than 4 members in the Clan for 2 months or more.
16. A disbanded Clan can be restored if compliance with the BASIC REGULATIONS FOR CLANS HeroesWorld is restored within 1 month (to restore the Clan, the Clan leader needs to send an application to restore the Clan after restoring compliance with the basic regulations).

2.“HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN CLAN ON HeroesWorld”

1. Familiarize yourself with the Basic Regulations for Clans on HeroesWorld.
2. Gather the necessary number of Clan members.
3. Create a Representative Topic in the Inter-Clan Section.
4. Submit an application for Clan registration.
5. After checking the representative topic and ensuring that the Clan complies with the Basic Regulations for Clans on HeroesWorld, the Clan Leader will be notified via Private Messages on the Forum about further actions.

3.“HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR CLAN REGISTRATION ON HeroesWorld”

1. Click on the "SUBMIT APPLICATION" link SUBMIT APPLICATION.
2. In the window that appears, enter: "Application for clan registration {xxx}" in the "Title" field, where {xxx} is the name of your Clan.
3. Enter a link to the representative topic of your Clan in the "Message" field.
4. Click on the "create message" button.

4.“REQUIREMENTS FOR A REPRESENTATIVE CLAN TOPIC ON HeroesWorld”

1. The representative topic must contain the date the Clan was founded.
2. The representative topic must contain information about who founded the Clan and a link to his profile on HeroesWorld.
3. The representative topic must contain information about who is currently the leader of the Clan and a link to his profile on HeroesWorld.
4. The representative topic must contain information about the composition of the Clan and links to the profile of each of its members.
5. The representative topic must contain information about the chosen directions of gaming activity for the Clan.
6. The representative topic must be updated promptly and contain the most up-to-date information about the Clan.
