Ugh… toughest game ever…
Val immediately rushed to the secondary mine,
and there on the road were 18 ogre mages in 6 stacks of 3 :(
Pyre popped out of the tavern, brought a machine gun, and Val with 22 archers and infantry engaged the ogres in melee :smile13:
the machine gun wiped out all the infantry and 6 archers, but she still broke through
Christian emerged from the tavern, brought a second machine gun,
and Val moved on in the same style :smile14:
in short, the secondary mine was taken with 12 archers, 1 imp, and a third machine gun :D
thanks to which the cavalry were stationed in the citadel on the first week
a good start, but it made me relax
I read some posts here from the "fathers" like -
on week one I take the dwarf dwellings and medusa dwellings
on week two the naga banks and conservatories, etc.
first I got my ass kicked by the medusas
lost 2 cavalry :)
then barely escaped from a max naga bank :smile34:
so on the third week I lost all my cavalry :) and because of that didn't get angels
on the fourth week, plague :)
the main thing is - I didn't need to go for the medusas or the nagas
I had enough gold and resources, but apparently I had spare cavalry :)
no army and no idea when there will be one, I froze waiting for a miracle :)
then Stein probably made a mistake, shouldn't have sent Kyrre into the swamp, and in the end he lost his capital
but he almost took my secondary mine (Conflux) which had my full weekly growth :) he was 1 or 2 steps short :)
then constant battles all over the map
impossible to gather troops together because you'd instantly lose some castle
there was a glitch in the final battle, the opponent got kicked out of the castle,
but imho it didn't change anything anymore, I had too much meat
in short, thanks for the game, very interesting and tense until the very end

Upd: Comrade Stein is new here and probably unintentionally broke the rules: clause 5.8.
It is forbidden to use spell scrolls of 4th and 5th level magic without constructing the corresponding level of the Mage Guild (Mage Guild) in any of your castles.
a berserk scroll was used against me several times
a level 4 guild was not built even by the end of the game
No hard feelings as I wasn't too badly affected
BUT gentlemen, let's be more attentive, especially the new players (myself included!)
