Captain. Since you're the organizer, I have a request – please, don't try to be sly. With the draw, the rules, and everything else. I know you enjoy doing that and you're good at it. Just as you are at arguing why things should be done one way and not another.

For example, you've already expressed your opinion about the rules. Later, you might say something about the templates, like "by default, use the standard template, and then agree on the rest." You can do that, right? :)

You could also create a bracket in such a way as to ensure that one of your favorites makes it to the finals.

There's no need for all of this. The Heroes community is quite democratic; if necessary, it can self-organize and express a collective... hmm... wish.

To prevent this from happening, it's better to initially adhere to the principle of "the rules are determined by a vote of the players." Just like it was with the location. The same should be done to determine the base version, the list of templates, etc.

In my opinion, it's obvious that the vote will favor the Light expansion. Therefore, the tournament should be held on that version. By mutual agreement, it could be Full or SoD.

The templates are more complicated; I think we should survey the players, ask each of the finalists to name 5 templates they would like to play on, then simply add up the votes for each template and determine the final five.

Something like that...
