We lived on the Don River
We were doing great.
We ended up in a war
Quite unexpectedly.

We won't all die of boredom,
They started stamping out stars for us.
Our grandchildren will listen
To Factory-135!

And now our friendly parties are over!
We ironed out the Caucasus
