Four haven’t voted yet – Roland with Minskas, Mike with Siberia, as well as AlexGreat and Bayazet from St. Petersburg. We are waiting for their votes; the poll needs to be completed by the end of the week.
I have an idea – a proposal: if someone declines, another participant from the qualifying round is delegated, who can travel. The choice, I think, will be made jointly by all participants in the qualifying round, and this new delegate can also vote for the choice of city (I wanted to write castle :D), and I, if by the time the voting ends, I am at least 70-80% sure that I will go, I will vote for the city; I will not abstain.
