In my opinion, the only faction that can compare to Chaos is Nature. The Druid casts all the buffs on Phoenixes, and they can quite compete with black dragons. If Nature doesn't invest in elf archers, but instead invests in tigers, there will be no ranged combat => the medusa can only shoot for a maximum of three turns, and then someone will definitely reach it... Of course, if you have skilled hands, you can win with any faction, but Nature seems to be the most worthy.
