If the organization is as Sticky described, I'll sign up for the February 27-28 option; I won't be available in Moscow on the 23rd. As for finishing the game, we can do it next weekend – I don't really like this approach; it's easier to play online. We need to gather a bunch of times and play everything – in my opinion, at least 5 qualifying rounds have been held using this scheme, and no one complained; why reinvent the wheel?
