Are there any Bluetooth stereo headphones available for 500-1000 rubles? I haven't found any in the city, only ones for 2500 rubles.

In our city, there are Sony wireless stereo headphones for 2K. It's an old model, from 2007, but they seem to sound decent. However, there's a chance that the quality might disappoint you. The Bluetooth channel is too narrow for stereo sound, so the sound has to be compressed. Still, you can listen to them, especially if you're not used to high-quality sound.

Most likely, I will be exempt from testing (the Unified State Exam in Russia), and my grades will be considered.

Interesting. There's a chance that I will be taking the old-fashioned exams instead of the Unified State Exam, but it's not guaranteed. So, I'm cramming physics :3

By the way, you should be careful with these benefits and not fall for easy opportunities. Practice shows that three students with benefits in our group have very little chance of surviving the first semester.
