But a smart mage will never shoot at a Barbarian with level IV antimagic. If the mage's power is weaker than the Barbarian's, he will try to inflict maximum damage and then retreat to the town => shoot at the troops. And if his power is greater, he will use his warriors to attack the Barbarian, while he himself shoots at the troops, casts various negative spells, etc.
