After numerous restarts it distributed great. At the respawn there are 2 external dwellings of grands, one each of uniques (though the guard was lots of master djinns—didn't take them until the end of the game) and dragons (for 9 necro-horses). On the first run I was running around somewhat frantically, only managed to take one external dwelling of grands, and on 117 dragons, also secondary Inferno and Dungeon; little money, so in total only horses in the fort, not enough for the portal in the same dungeon. On the second run I take 2 cons(3+3), gloves of speed, hive on 8, take the ifrit external dwelling and build them, Pandora's box gives 12 ifrits. I go through the adjacent zone to the opponent, take his 2 castles (the second castle is his home one), on 141 Arlash attacks; his buildup and stats are better, meat is roughly equal but the castle decided it, in the field they would have beaten me. The autopsy showed an interesting feature—not a single Dragon Utopia on the map. By the way, in one of the restarted generations there was a funny bug—a passage from the starting respawn straight into a lava-treasure zone =). Thanks for the game.
