On map 113, I took the native village, teleported to the treasure right under the Castle. Charna is an expert in necromancy, and there's a "Raise Undead" spell nearby in the gazebo – we don't take a rest. After that, things got a bit tougher. The rough terrain with labyrinths of mountains and the loss of momentum(((.
