I'm not saying it's him, but I won't deny that possibility either, because a person can allow anyone to write anything, especially since I don't know what he's like – whether he's a super-serious guy with a stone face and a puffed-up lip, or an internet clown, or maybe just an ordinary person who has a bit of both in him.
There are different "celebrities" on the internet, and their activities don't always reflect who they really are.
