Dwarf vs. Wingayel (Lands of Outcasts)

I used to play as Dwarves (and for the longest time), then as Haven, and now I'm practicing with the Elves and know a lot (at least, I'm not learning the Dark faction), I understand that if you see a Tome somewhere, it's great, but otherwise, it's not very good! Mass is pretty weak compared to Chaos or something. P.S. You can increase the number of units to the sky!
