Favorites into Battle - 2

Mda, before this I was just unlucky in the finals (fixes don't count) — but this is the kind of thing that makes you want to quit Heroes and play poker)))
I'm to blame myself — I can't remember having this many blunders before.... There were 2, 3 mistakes per game before, but now I messed up so much..... and in the decisive moments, luck also turned its back on me.

The draft was pretty poor — the only good thing was 5 Elves with Kyrre, and resource-wise I wasn't too poor. Only one secondary — Barbarians, an extremely unpleasant GO with Teleport, but both Rest guys bungled it, we play....
Blunder number one — in the lair, I thought I had given the army to Kyrre.... So minus 2500 and loss of tempo. And this is the only blunder I'm not upset about — Crag Hack as the 8th or 9th hero in the tavern, I made him main because there's nothing to catch without pathfinding nearby, and Kyrre also hit water.
Blunder #2 — I hesitated and didn't give a stack of Centaurs to break through the Hive guard — nearly a hundred Air Elementals with a big stack put down almost all the Just Greased Wood. Crag Hack already had Earth and everything else exp, got 25k in a free Pandora's Box + freed a level 5 mage (if I'd known this scumbag would betray his savior, I would've left him to rot in prison)))
3 Griffin Conservatories are visible, and despite the blunders, the tempo is very decent. Two mini-Conservatories and the third one far away is a 2.
Blunder #3 — again I was stingy about giving more troops from the troops — Griffins hit hard and twice... minus 8 Elves, an Angel, and I don't remember what else...
Moving on — Crag Hack, recalling home and learning Slow, breaks 2 Nagas, and the moment that decided the game:
On day 125, I hit a GO with non-Champions, had enough mana, but Strength was 1, so I took losses — remaining horses and some minor stuff. Petr later said that if I hadn't broken them, he wouldn't have come at me. Forget King Cyclops, I head for the stables and break into the treasure zone. Blunder #4 — I still don't understand why I rushed forward at the GO instead of killing the Medusas. And what happened there, I've only seen in reports)))) 3 units of Angels got stoned in the 1st round (no singles left), then 2 morals, and my super-stack of Grands, having lost 22 guys, was already worthless....((((((
Treasure zone. I commit blunder #5, on the time limit forgetting to deliver the Unicorns and Wood purchased at home. Naturally, the opponent sentenced them the same day by breaking the GO. And that's exactly what I needed to be short for full-fledged fights for artifacts and Hives.
Wings were obtained, then KZ too, many Wyverns, but I messed up again — a fat stack of Wyverns got...ed under the walls of my own castle, and I could have easily replenished mana and returned home without losses.
And the apotheosis — I buy a scout hero to drive away the blue chain hero, but upon attacking I found no arrow((( we're done... the second scout hero didn't make it by one cell...
It's a shame, of course, that I messed up like this in the final, I lacked concentration and each mistake decided the outcome... but it's all fair))) and of course congratulations to Pete on the cup)))
P.S. But still, I think the overall strategy was up to par, at least I'm not upset about that)))))
